Terms of use

These terms cover the ICG Globe visa portal. ICG Globe is a private firm licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (R709937). ICG Globe is not affiliated with the Government of Canada or IRCC. Nothing on this site is legal advice or a promise that an application will be approved.

Services

Phase 1 offers a paid Study Permit file on a DIY plan or an RCIC plan, plus a free permit tracker. Other services (visitor visas, extensions, PGWP, translation, notary, refusals) can be requested and are quoted separately. Appeals and Federal Court work, where offered, are handled by a partner lawyer. ICG Globe prepares and coordinates; it does not itself provide legal representation in court.

DIY and RCIC

On the DIY plan you submit the application yourself. On the RCIC plan, our RCIC reviews the file, may act as authorized representative under IMM 5476, and submits for you. You can upgrade by paying the difference. Fees shown on the site are professional fees. IRCC government fees are separate. Prices can be updated by the firm and are confirmed before you pay.

Your responsibilities

You must give accurate information and documents you are entitled to share. You keep your login private. You are responsible for deadlines with IRCC even if you use reminders.

No guarantee

Immigration decisions are made by IRCC, not by ICG Globe. A checklist, message, or free assessment is general guidance only. It is not a CRS score, an eligibility ruling, or legal advice.

Accounts

You must verify your email. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service or upload unlawful material.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, ICG Globe is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for a refusal by IRCC. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
