Is this a government website? +
No. ICG Globe is a private immigration consultancy. This website is not a Government of Canada or IRCC site, and ICG Globe is not affiliated with them. Licence R709937 can be verified with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.
Can I switch from DIY to RCIC later? +
Yes. You can start on the DIY plan and upgrade to the RCIC plan later by paying the difference. Our RCIC then reviews the file and can act as your authorized representative.
Where is my data stored? +
Your account and uploaded documents are stored on ICG Globe’s own server. Files are encrypted at rest. See the privacy policy for how personal information is handled under PIPEDA. This is general information, not legal advice.
What if my application needs changes? +
Send a message on your case in the portal. The admin can comment on a document and mark it as needing attention. On the RCIC plan, our RCIC reviews the file before it is submitted. This is general guidance, not legal advice.
